Brochure Campaign

In an effort to increase our membership, we have produced and had printed 2000 brochures that can easily be passed on to prospective new members or left out on stands where we have displays such as Pensby Library and Irby Library. The brochure is titled "We make things happen - now you can too!"

Committee members also attend other functions where we may be able to recruit new members to our society and the leaflets will be the ideal medium to inform people in basic terms, about ITPAS, our achievements and our aims and objectives. There is even a simple application form incorporated so there are no obstacles to joining.

This is a genuine attempt to increase our numbers, not due to a falling membership (which we do not have - its on the up!), but we have heard many people say they have never heard of us, despite having lived in the area for sometime! Also despite our noticeboard in Irby Village, Irby and Pensby libraries and this website! Other people simply don't know what we do, so this brochure aims to fill that gap by informing people about us and encouraging membership.

ITPAS Committee members and helpers will be posting the brochures through letterboxes over the coming weeks. We intend to start with a sample area and monitor results. If you receive one and you are already a member, please do not throw it in the bin but pass it on to someone who you think maybe interested. You could also pass it back to us at the next meeting or back through the letter box of any committee member.

Are you an ITPAS member? Can you help? If you don't want to do leaflet drops, then you can actively encourage neighbours and/or friends to support our worthy cause! pass a leaflet on... if each member were to recruit just one new member, it would be a massive boost to our membership.
