Parkland or Building land?
This corner of Arrowe Park near to Thingwall Corner is in fact Greenbelt, but has always been used for the furtherance of our habitats, be it natural or man-made. Do we let it go as building land? or should we fight the ever 'creeping' encroachment of this parkland & Greenbelt? - if so (to either) then how far should we allow any development?
