Success: ITPAS gains improvements to Footpaths

Scenic and historic Footpath FP44, leading out of Irby Village from the ‘Anchor’, has had the promised drainage and gravel path improvements completed to areas which flood and become impassable and unsafe. Thanks to Robin Tutchings (Rights of Way Officer), who has also taken our suggestion to improve conditions to Frankby end of FP3 (photo shows water, debris and the dung heap). ITPAS has joined ‘Wirral Footpaths & Open Spaces Preservation Society’, who have been repainting the ancient Footpath Finger Posts.
